I have an i5-8600k GTX 1060 6GB and 8 GB if DDR4 2400MHz RAM.this isnt 60 fps man. cheat engine fucks with your fps readout, its that simple. u are running the fence skip which is x2 and then limmiting it back to 1 by setting cheat engine speed hack to .5, because u have a decent setup it is running close to full speed, its 30 in some spots but it has slowdowns like everybody else.I actually have the Static FPS version of FPS++ turned on but when I set it to the 60 FPS preset, the game plays in slow motion. I might try the dynamic version of the FPS++ pack but I don't have high hopes as I had to switch to the static version for a reason (low FPS)
